Once polls closed I ended up with 5.3% of the vote. Then on Election Day we as candidates started hearing about dominion machines going down with glitches. Nobody knew us, and reaching them was only via word of mouth.

So, “there is no evidence” is a false claim, irrelevant to the issue, and a major smoke screen, only useful as an argument ‘in the court if public opinion’ wirh NO legal relevance. They knew if it “got that far” that they could NOT prove many of these ballots were legitimate, legally cast ballots, with an unbroken chain of custody. THIS is why the concerted effort to prevent any cases from actually being heard “on the merits”, by using procedural methods to get the cases thrown out, BEFORE they could be heard. Those asserting there was fraud DO NOT have to PROVE there was fraud. Those asserting “the 2020 election was the most secure in history” have the burden of proof, to show every ballot counted was legally cast, and with an unbroken chain of custody. Therefore “theres no evidence of fraud” is an argument in the Court of Public Opinion, it has NO LEGAL BASIS. Therefore, in any court case, challenging the validity and legality of a ballot, or a group of ballots, the BURDEN OF PROOF, as to whether the ballot was “legally cast” is NOT on the party challenging the ballot, it is on the party claiming the ballot is legal. More fundamentally, a ballot is a LEGAL DOCUMENT. CISA simply says ‘yes, it can be done’, but ‘we have no evidence it was done.’ Well, DUH… CISA has never looked to see if it was done – that’s a state and local level audit.įirst and most obviously, there can “be no evidence” if you don’t LOOK for evidence, and even deliberately turn a blind eye to evidence, should it appear. It’s almost comical that national media cannot see what is clearly evident in this CISA bulletin, is exactly what election integrity groups have been shouting for years. intelligence community public relations firm, The Washington Post, was getting out ahead of an election security report.
